Weekend Preview: GB4 and USF Pro Championships. Tatuus Single-Seaters on Track in August
While several racing series are enjoying their summer break, GB4, USF2000 and USF Pro 2000 are preparing to hit the track during the middle weekend of August.For many championships, August means a summer pause and a chance to recharge ahead of the second half of the season. However, Tatuus single-seaters never stop racing. There are only a handful of weekends throughout the year when Tatuus cars are completely absent from the track, and this mid-August weekend will be no exception, with more than 60 Tatuus single-seaters taking to the circuit across three different categories at Snetterton (UK) and Markham (Canada).
GB4 The second half of the GB4 Championship season gets underway at Snetterton, following a dramatic event at Silverstone that left the title battle finely balanced at the top of the standings. Irish driver Alex O’Grady (KMR Sport) arrives in Norfolk as championship leader, holding a 25-point advantage over Fred Green (Elite) and a 42-point lead over Luke Hilton (Nitrous Competition ADM Racing) .
The weekend will see the series’ Tatuus MSV GB4-025 cars sharing the paddock with the British GT Championship. Following the opening test days, official track action begins on Saturday with qualifying scheduled for 11:00 local time.
Race 1 will follow later in the afternoon at 14:55 local time, while Sunday’s program features two races at 09:10 and 14:40 local time.
All three races will be streamed live on the official MotorSport Vision YouTube channel (MSV TV) .
USF Pro Championships It is a back-to-back event for the Road to Indy ladder, which headed straight to Canada after last weekend’s races in Portland. The championship will compete in Markham, just a few miles from downtown Toronto, once again alongside the IndyCar Series.
USF Pro 2000 Brazilian driver Leonardo Escorpioni (Turn 3 Motorsport) arrives at the event as championship leader, buoyed by four victories in the last five races. Chasing him are Jack Jeffers (Exclusive Autosport) , 25 points behind, and G3 Argyros (Pabst Racing) , who trails by 43 points.
The weekend begins with testing on Friday morning, followed by qualifying at 13:00 local time. Two races are scheduled: the first on Saturday at 13:00 local time and the second on Sunday at 10:25 local time.
USF 2000 At Portland, Oliver Wheldon (VRD Racing) secured an impressive double victory and will be aiming to continue his charge up the championship standings. In what has already been an outstanding rookie season, he has collected five podium finishes so far.
However, it is Sebastian Garzon (DEForce Racing) who arrives in Canada at the top of the standings. After claiming his ninth podium finish of the season in Portland, Garzon will look to extend his championship advantage during this penultimate round of the year over the two Australian drivers from Pabst Racing, Brad Majman and Eddie Beswick .
The USF2000 schedule closely mirrors that of its sister category, with testing taking place on Friday morning, qualifying on Friday at 12:00 local time, and races scheduled for Saturday (08:50 local time) and Sunday (09:25 local time).

Weekend Debrief: Silverstone and Most write a new chapter of the 2026 season
GB3, GB4 and F4 CEZ complete an intense weekend of racing, with results reshaping the standings and opening the second half of the season.The first weekend of August delivered intense racing at Silverstone and Most, where Tatuus cars were once again at the centre of the action in the GB3, GB4 and F4 CEZ championships. Between victories, podium finishes and new championship dynamics, the weekend represented another important milestone in the 2026 season for Tatuus cars competing across the three series.
The on-track battles once again confirmed the high level of competition, with Tatuus single-seaters playing a leading role in races decided right up to the chequered flag.
GB3 Championship
The second half of the GB3 Championship season got underway at Silverstone with a weekend dominated by Hitech.
The main protagonist was Deagen Fairclough , who secured a double victory in the opening two races and significantly reduced the gap to the top of the standings. The Briton won Race 1 ahead of Martin Molnar (Rodin Motorsport) and Rowan Campbell-Pilling (Xcel Motorsport) , before repeating the result in Race 2, once again finishing ahead of Campbell-Pilling and Lucas Fluxa (Xcel Motorsport) . Two victories that firmly put him back in the title fight.
Race 3 saw his teammate Jacob Micallef take his first win of the season, finishing ahead of Rodrigo Gonzalez (VRD Racing) and Edu Robinson (Elite Motorsport) , who made his category debut. Despite Fairclough’s comeback, Nikita Bedrin (VRD Racing) remains at the top of the overall standings, while the Hitech driver continues to close the gap to the championship leaders. The GB3 Championship will return to action from 3 to 6 September at Donington Park .

GB4 Championship
Silverstone marked the halfway point of the GB4 Championship season, with three different winners across the three races of the weekend.
The variety of results highlighted the competitiveness of the category, with Luke Hilton (Nitrous Competitions ADM Racing), Thomas Ingram Hill (Fortec Motorsports) and Connor Willis (Hillspeed) each claiming one victory in the three races held.
Hilton opened the weekend with his second win of the season, while Ingram Hill secured his maiden GB4 victory after also taking his first pole position in the category. The final race rewarded Connor Willis , who celebrated his first career win in the championship at Silverstone.
Alex O’Grady (KMR Sport) leaves Silverstone leading the championship standings, while Fred Green (Elite Motorsport) closes the gap thanks to the podium finish achieved in the second race of the weekend. The GB4 Championship will return to action from 13 to 16 August at Snetterton .

F4 CEZ Championship
The fourth round of the F4 CEZ Championship, held at Autodrom Most , saw Jenzer Motorsport claim victory in all four races of the weekend.
Max Karhan opened the event with a Race 1 victory ahead of his teammate Teo Borenstein and David Walther (Maffi Racing).
Elia Weiss then took control of the weekend, securing three consecutive victories in Race 2, Race 3 and Race 4. This run of success allowed the Jenzer Motorsport driver to move to the top of the championship standings, with David Walther now second, just 14 points behind.
Jenzer Motorsport’s strong weekend was further highlighted by Ella Hakkinen , who delivered a solid performance and secured two consecutive top-five finishes. The F4 CEZ Championship will return to action from 11 to 13 September at Autodrom Brno .

From the United Kingdom to the Czech Republic, the season of Tatuus single-seaters continues across GB3, GB4 and F4 CEZ.August opens with another weekend dedicated to junior formula racing. Silverstone and Most will host the fifth rounds of the GB3 and GB4 Championships and the fourth round of the F4 CEZ Championship, with young talents ready to return to the track for a new challenge. Between championship leaders aiming to defend their positions, drivers looking for their first win of the season and a packed racing schedule, the weekend promises intense action at two of the most iconic circuits on the European calendar.
GB3 Championship
The GB3 Championship returns to Silverstone for the fifth round of the season, opening the second half of the championship at the same venue that hosted the season opener.
At the wheel of the Tatuus MSV GB3-025 , one of the drivers to watch is Deagen Fairclough (Hitech) , who is determined to turn his potential into stronger results. The Briton claimed victory in the opening race in Budapest and has consistently shown strong pace in qualifying. Silverstone has already proved to be a favourable circuit for the Hitech driver, who secured the Sunoco Fastest Driver of the Weekend Award during the opening round.
Rowan Campbell-Pilling (Xcel Motorsport) will also be one to watch as he returns to his home circuit, aiming to continue the progress shown in recent races.

GB4 Championship
The championship returns to Silverstone for its fourth round, which marks the halfway point of the season. The British circuit will welcome a 29-car grid, matching the series’ record entry.
Fred Green (Elite Motorsport) arrives at Silverstone aiming to retake the championship lead after losing the top spot in the previous round. The Elite Motorsport driver knows the circuit well, having dominated the opening weekend of the season here with two victories, two pole positions and the fastest laps, and will look to repeat that performance on his return to Silverstone.
Among the rising contenders is Franciszek Cegielski (Fortec Motorsports) , fresh from his first GB4 podium. The Polish driver continues to build confidence race after race and aims to consolidate the progress shown in recent events. Torrin Byrne (Pace Performance) will also look to continue his momentum after securing his first podium finish in the category at the previous round.

Behind them, Teo Borenstein and Max Karhan (Jenzer Motorsport) continue to challenge at the front and will look to take advantage of their home circuit. Completing the group of leading contenders is Simon Rechenmacher (Cram Motorsport) , who claimed a victory at the previous round at Slovakia Ring.
The Most weekend will also feature three series debuts: Ivonn Simeonova (Mathilda Racing), Felipe Reijs (Cram Motorsport) and Simon Bulbarella (Drivex) . Ella Hakkinen (Jenzer Motorsport) leads the Women’s Trophy standings ahead of Mathilda Paatz (Mathilda Racing) .

From Mugello to Thruxton, via Velocittà and the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez, the Tatuus T-421 returned to action across the world's leading Formula 4 championships, once again confirming its role as the benchmark platform for developing the next generation of motorsport talent. Four race weekends delivered intense competition, new winners and championship battles that remain wide open.Italian F4 Championship
The fourth round of the Italian F4 Championship at Mugello once again highlighted the exceptional competitiveness of the Italian series, with the Tatuus T-421 taking centre stage in four closely fought races that produced four different winners.
Niccolò Maccagnani (Prema Racing) enjoyed a particularly successful weekend, claiming victory in Race 1 alongside a second and a third-place finish, allowing him to score the highest number of points across the round.
It was also a key weekend for Ary Bansal (US Racing) , who secured a podium finish in Race 2, and Andy Consani (R-ace GP) , who took victory in Race 3. Kenzo Craigie (R-ace GP) continued his strong form by claiming his maiden Italian F4 victory in Race 4.
At the top of the championship standings, Luka Sammalisto (US Racing) retains the lead, extending his advantage to 55 points over nearest rival David Cosma-Cristofor (Prema Racing). Alp Aksoy (Prema Racing) remains third, keeping himself firmly in contention for the championship.
With four rounds still to be contested, the title fight remains completely open. The championship will resume at Imola from 4–6 September following the summer break, marking the beginning of the decisive phase of the season.

British F4 Championship
Round six of the British F4 Championship produced three more first-time winners during the 2026 season, bringing the total number of drivers to have claimed at least one victory in the opening eighteen races to eleven. Theo Palmer (Hitech), Adam Al Azhari (Hitech) and Jaber Al Sabah (Xcel Motorsport) all celebrated their maiden victories of the season, emerging as the standout performers of the Thruxton weekend.
Hitech proved to be the benchmark team throughout the event thanks to victories from Palmer and Al Azhari. The British driver secured the first Formula 4 win of his career in Race 1, while Al Azhari completed an impressive weekend by converting pole position into victory in the Reverse Grid Race, leading every lap to the chequered flag.
Jaber Al Sabah (Xcel Motorsport) also delivered an outstanding performance after claiming pole position and starring in the Feature Race. The Kuwaiti driver defended his lead until the finish to secure his maiden victory in the series, while also giving Xcel Motorsport—the youngest team on the grid—its first-ever championship victory after 455 days.
Despite not taking a race win, Dries Van Langendonck (Rodin Motorsport) continues to lead the championship standings with a 41-point advantage over Lewis Wherrell (JHR Developments) . Thanks to his success at Thruxton, Theo Palmer climbs to third in the standings and strengthens his position in the title fight.
The British F4 Championship returns to action at Donington Park on 22–23 August for Round 7 of the season.

Brazilian F4 Championship
The second round of the Brazilian F4 Championship at Velocittà saw Fausto Arnaudo (Cavaleiro Sports) emerge as one of the standout performers of the weekend, claiming pole position and two victories on his debut in the category. The Argentine driver dominated two of the three races, immediately establishing himself as one of the championship's leading contenders, while Bernardo Gentil (TMG Racing) retained the championship lead at the end of the event.
Arnaudo got his weekend off to the perfect start by securing pole position with an advantage of almost one second over his closest rivals. After leading every lap of Race 1 on his way to victory, the Cavaleiro Sports driver capped off the weekend with another win in Race 3, finishing the round with two victories and third place in the overall championship standings.
Pedro Lins (Bassani Racing) also delivered a standout performance, charging from 13th on the grid to victory in Race 2. The Brazilian produced an impressive comeback, gaining seven positions on the opening lap before completing the decisive overtake to secure the win.
Bernardo Gentil (TMG Racing) , winner of the opening round at Interlagos, concluded the weekend by retaining the championship lead, although his advantage over Pietro Mesquita (TMG Racing) has been reduced to just eight points. Behind them, Nacho Díaz (Bassani Racing) continues to be one of the most consistent drivers of the season and currently sits third in the overall standings.
With two rounds now completed, the Brazilian F4 Championship heads into its next event with the title fight still wide open and several contenders ready to challenge for the championship.

The Mexican driver dominated Race 1 from the front before producing an impressive recovery in Race 2, climbing from fifth on the grid to claim his second victory of the weekend ahead of Oliver Trejo (RAM Racing) and Alan Zezatti (RAM Racing) .
The winning streak of Alessandros Racing came to an end in the final race, where Fernando Rivera (RAM Racing) claimed victory after a closely contested battle at the front of the field. Rivera crossed the finish line ahead of Alan Zezatti (RAM Racing) and Oliver Trejo (RAM Racing) , giving RAM Racing its victory in the third and final race of the weekend.
Thanks to his results at the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez, Bobadilla further strengthened his position at the top of the championship standings, while Alan Zezatti and Oliver Trejo confirmed themselves among the leading contenders of the season.
The F4 NACAM Championship will return to action on 12–13 September at the Autódromo Miguel E. Abed in Puebla, during the Puebla 6 Horas event.

With record-breaking grids, open title battles and new chapters to be written, Tatuus single-seaters return to the spotlight across Europe and the Americas.From Italy to the United Kingdom through Brazil and Mexico, Tatuus cars are set for another weekend of racing that could reshape the balance of their respective championships. As the season enters an increasingly decisive phase, every result could make a significant difference in the fight for the standings.
Italian F4 Championship
The Italian F4 Championship returns to action this weekend at Mugello for the fourth of seven rounds, bringing with it a new participation record. A total of 50 drivers from 14 teams and 27 nations will take to the grid, confirming the championship as one of the leading proving grounds for international motorsport talent.
All eyes will once again be on Luka Sammalisto (US Racing) , who has dominated the opening part of the season with seven victories, including two consecutive triple-win weekends. Behind him, however, the battle remains wide open. David Cosma-Cristofor (PREMA Racing) continues to impress with his remarkable consistency, having collected podium finishes in the majority of the races contested despite not yet claiming a victory. British F4 Championship

Following his double victory at Zandvoort, the Belgian driver leads the standings by 47 points and already boasts four wins and five pole positions, making him the benchmark of the championship. Behind him, however, the battle remains intense. Lewis Wherrell (JHR Developments) will be looking to bounce back after a difficult weekend in the Netherlands, while Theo Palmer and Scott Kin Lindblom (Hitech) , both regular podium contenders, are still searching for their maiden victory of the season. Ethan Jeff-Hall (Argenti Motorsport) , already a race winner in 2026, will also be aiming to close the gap to the championship leaders.

F4 NACAM

Changes at the top of the standings, crucial victories and increasingly close championship battles confirmed that the second half of the season will be decisive in determining the winners of all three series.
FREC
The weekend at Le Castellet reshaped the FIA Formula Regional European Championship standings, with Kean Nakamura-Berta (PREMA Racing) taking over the championship lead. Thanks to a victory in Race 1 and a fourth-place finish in Race 2, the British driver heads into the summer break at the top of the standings, highlighting once again the remarkable competitiveness of this year's championship.
Sebastian Wheldon (MP Motorsport) ended Nakamura-Berta's winning run by claiming victory in Race 2, returning to the top step of the podium for the first time since the Zandvoort round. The result keeps him firmly in contention for the title alongside Rashid Al Dhaheri (R-ace GP) , while Emanuele Olivieri (R-ace GP) once again demonstrated his consistency with another podium finish, remaining within striking distance of the championship leaders.
With just 13 points separating the top four drivers, the final two rounds of the season promise an even more intense battle. The championship will resume from 4 to 6 September at the Autodromo Internazionale Enzo e Dino Ferrari in Imola , where the title fight will enter a decisive stage.

E4 Championship
The second round of the E4 Championship saw R-ace GP dominate on home soil, securing two victories with Kenzo Craigie and establishing themselves as the benchmark team at Le Castellet. The weekend had started with Alp Aksoy taking victory in Race 1 before Craigie responded with wins in the remaining two races. Andy Consani also played a key role, claiming two second-place finishes to complete an outstanding weekend for the French team.
With two rounds completed and only one remaining, the fight for the title remains wide open. The championship will return from 9 to 11 October at the Autodromo Nazionale Monza, where the 2026 titles will be decided.

AU4 Championship
Round 3 of the AU4 Championship confirmed that the Gen2 title fight has become a head-to-head battle between Jensen Marold and Marco Manson. At The Bend, Marold claimed two of the weekend's three races, while Manson responded with victory in Race 2 to keep his championship hopes alive.
Thanks to those results, Marold heads into the next round with a 10-point advantage over his closest rival, while William Beck strengthened his position as the championship's third force with two podium finishes. With two rounds still to be contested after The Bend, the title fight remains wide open and promises an exciting conclusion to the season.
The championship returns from 21 to 23 August at The Bend International Circuit for Round 4 of the season, the final event before the championship finale at Sydney Motorsport Park.

The FIA Formula Regional European Championship heads to Circuit Paul Ricard this weekend for the sixth round of the season, which also marks the final event before the summer break. With three rounds still remaining after Le Castellet, the French weekend could prove pivotal in the title fight as every point becomes increasingly valuable.
Rashid Al Dhaheri (R-ace GP) arrives in France at the top of the standings following his victory at the Hungaroring, but the championship battle remains incredibly close. Kean Nakamura-Berta (PREMA Racing), Sebastian Wheldon (MP Motorsport) and Emanuele Olivieri (R-ace GP) are all covered by just 35 points alongside the championship leader, underlining the remarkable competitiveness of this season.
Eight different race winners and seven different pole-sitters across the opening five rounds highlight just how unpredictable the championship has been, setting the stage for another crucial weekend at a circuit that has welcomed some of motorsport's most promising young talents in recent years.

E4 Championship
The E4 Championship returns to Circuit Paul Ricard for the second round of the 2026 season, just two weeks after the opening event at Vallelunga. Following the first outing of the year, the French round will provide the first real opportunity to measure the competitive order on a different circuit and could begin to shape the championship battle.
Luka Sammalisto (US Racing) arrives at the top of the standings after an outstanding opening weekend, where two victories and a third-place finish allowed him to build an early advantage. Behind him, however, the fight remains wide open. Kenzo Craigie (R-ace GP) and Oleksandr Bondarev (PREMA Racing) complete the top three, with three different teams represented at the front of the championship.
Le Castellet will also host one of the most international grids of the season, with 38 drivers from 25 different nations ready to battle on the French circuit. With only one rounds remaining after Paul Ricard, every result could prove crucial in the race for the 2026 title.

AU4 Championship
The AU4 Championship heads to The Bend for the third round of the season, with the Gen2 title fight more evenly poised than ever. Following the previous event at Sydney Motorsport Park, Jensen Marold and Marco Manson are tied at the top of the standings on 125 points, setting the stage for another chapter in what has quickly become one of the closest battles of the season.
The Sydney weekend confirmed both drivers as the benchmark of the Gen2 field. Marold claimed victory in Race 1 after dominating qualifying and the opening stages of the weekend, while Manson responded by winning the final race and securing the highest overall points haul. Behind them, Cosolo sits third in the standings on 59 points and remains the closest challenger to the leading duo.
The Bend presents a fresh challenge for the Gen2 contenders as they tackle a different circuit following the Sydney round. With three events still to be contested, every point will be increasingly valuable in a championship where Marold and Manson remain inseparable at the top.

Destination Macau: the T-326 and T-421 set to star in the 2026 FIA World Cups
The FIA has officially confirmed the adoption of Tatuus single-seaters for the 2026 Formula Regional and Formula 4 World Cups.Tatuus cars, already competing in national and regional championships around the world, will once again take center stage on the prestigious streets of Macau for the FIA Formula Regional World Cup and FIA Formula 4 World Cup. From 19 to 22 November, 13 teams in Formula Regional and 12 teams in Formula 4 will battle on the iconic Guia Circuit. For the T-326 , this will mark its debut in Macau, following the T-318's appearances in the Formula Regional World Cup in 2024 and 2025. For the T-421 , it will be a welcome return after making its Macau debut in the Formula 4 World Cup in 2023.

The Title Fight Heats Up Amid New Challenges and Familiar Faces
Races across Austria, the Netherlands, the United States and Italy delivered another set of crucial results in the battle for the titles across the leading junior single-seater championships.With the campaign now reaching its midpoint, every race weekend carries greater significance in the fight for the championships. Events across Austria, the Netherlands, the United States and Italy have strengthened established leaders, propelled new contenders into the spotlight and reshaped the overall standings. From the GB3 Championship and British F4 to USF Juniors and the Ultimate Cup Series, the latest round of racing delivered key results that are beginning to define the remainder of the season.
GB3
The Red Bull Ring hosted the fourth round of the GB3 Championship season, producing a weekend that further consolidated the battle at the top of the standings. The standout performer was VRD Racing , which claimed all three race victories and moved into the lead of the Teams' Championship.
Nikita Bedrin once again proved to be the benchmark of the season. The championship leader secured victories in Race 1 and Race 2 before producing an impressive recovery from 11th to second place in the final race of the weekend. The outstanding points haul extends his championship advantage to 106 points over his closest rival.
Completing a perfect weekend for VRD Racing, Patricio Gonzalez claimed his maiden GB3 Championship victory by winning Race 3. Behind him, Lucas Fluxá climbed to second in the drivers' standings thanks to a pair of runner-up finishes in Austria, while Martin Molnár continued his strong run of form with a pole position and another podium finish, moving back up to third in the championship.
The GB3 Championship returns to action at Silverstone from 30 July to 2 August.

British F4
The Zandvoort round reshaped the British F4 Championship standings, with Dries Van Langendonck delivering another outstanding performance at the Dutch circuit. The Rodin Motorsport driver claimed two victories and a pole position, turning the championship's international round into a pivotal moment in the title fight.
After winning Race 1, Van Langendonck backed up his performance with another victory in the final race of the weekend, bringing his tally to four wins this season and reclaiming the championship lead with a significant advantage over his closest rivals.
The results had a major impact on the standings, largely due to the difficult weekend endured by Lewis Wherrell . The JHR Developments driver arrived in the Netherlands as championship leader but failed to score points in any of the three races, dropping to second place in the overall standings.
Behind the leading duo, Hitech continued to strengthen its position, with Scott Lindblom securing two podium finishes and Theo Palmer once again proving to be a consistent front-runner. The weekend also marked Alba Larsen's maiden single-seater podium , while Ethan Lennon claimed victory in Race 2.
With the championship battle still wide open and several drivers firmly in contention, British F4 now heads to Thruxton on 25–26 July for the next round of the season at one of the fastest and most demanding circuits on the calendar.

USF Juniors
The penultimate round of the USF Juniors season at Lime Rock Park confirmed Edward Kennedy 's outstanding form and brought Karol Pasiewicz one step closer to the championship title. The VRD Racing by Pole Position driver secured both pole positions and victory in Race 2, while Pasiewicz made the most of the weekend to further extend his championship lead.
Kennedy continued his impressive rise, establishing himself as one of the standout performers of the second half of the season with three victories in the last four races. Pasiewicz, meanwhile, leaves Connecticut with an 80-point advantage over his nearest rival, putting himself in a commanding position heading into the season finale.
Behind the championship leader, Max Mokarem retains second place in the standings, while Bex Cranston moves up to third following another consistent weekend. The Teams' Championship also remains closely contested, with Zanella Racing still leading the way despite VRD Racing by Pole Position significantly reducing the gap.
The 2026 USF Juniors title will be decided at the season finale at Road America , scheduled for 24–26 September.

Hoosier Formula Cup
The Mugello weekend confirmed Stepan Suslov 's outstanding form, as the Winfield Racing driver emerged as the dominant force in the latest round of the Hoosier Formula Cup. Suslov swept all three races of the weekend, completing a remarkable hat-trick that further strengthened his position as one of the championship's leading contenders.
Delivering an exceptionally consistent performance, Suslov combined speed, consistency and race management to take victory in every race, reinforcing the impressive progress he has shown throughout the season. The result also highlights the excellent work carried out by Winfield Racing, a long-established team renowned for developing young racing talent.
In the Gentleman class, Frédéric Boulot proved equally dominant. The Race Motorsport driver mirrored Suslov's achievement by winning all three races in his category, securing the maximum points available over the Italian weekend.
Following the Mugello round, the Hoosier Formula Cup will return to action at Spa-Francorchamps from 18 to 20 September for one of the most anticipated events of the season.
