The car of the revolution—the one that marked Tatuus' definitive transformation into a pure race car manufacturer. The most-produced single-seater in history, with nearly 1,000 units built at the Tatuus factory, then located in Concorezzo.
However, Tatuus' journey in Formula Renault didn’t begin in 2000. Throughout the 1990s, the company was already building, racing, and winning in a championship that had yet to adopt a single-make format.
When that transition happened in 2000, it was Felipe Massa who won the first Formula Renault Eurocup season, paving the way for a series of legendary names who would go on to shape the championship—winning titles, races, or fighting at the front.
Lewis Hamilton, Kimi Räikkönen, Sébastien Buemi, Brendon Hartley, Valtteri Bottas, Daniel Ricciardo, and Pierre Gasly are just a few of the talents who went from the cockpit of a Tatuus Formula Renault to winning World Championships, Formula 1 Grands Prix, or the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
