From Jeddah to Sepang and Puebla, the Tatuus T421 took on three different moments of the 2026 season, from the opening rounds in Saudi Arabia and Malaysia to Bobadilla’s F4 NACAM title.
Three circuits, three stories and the Tatuus T421 at the heart of the action. The weekend brought the single-seaters to Saudi Arabia, Malaysia and Mexico, with a new season getting underway, a new championship making its debut and a title decided with one race still to go.
F4 SAUDI ARABIA
The opening round of the 2026 F4 Saudi Arabia season at the Jeddah Corniche Circuit immediately produced a closely contested championship. Archie Owen and Marlon Bayer shared the two wins of the weekend, leaving Jeddah tied at the top of the standings on 40 points each.
Owen made the perfect start to the season, taking his maiden single-seater victory on his championship debut. Starting from the front row after Harrison Mackie was handed a grid penalty, the Briton took the lead in Race 1 and held it for all 12 laps, finishing ahead of Mackie and Bayer. The Ginetta Junior frontrunner remained among the leading contenders in Race 2 as well, taking another second-place finish.
Bayer responded in the second race of the weekend. After securing pole position, the Swiss-Austrian driver had to defend for much of the race against Owen, but managed to hold on to the lead all the way to the chequered flag to claim his first career victory. Owen finished third, while Mackie completed the podium in second.
With 40 points each, Owen and Bayer share the championship lead, while Mackie follows on 36 points. The gap remains minimal ahead of the next round, which will take place as early as 7 and 8 October at the same Jeddah circuit.
UPDATED STANDINGS
• Archie Owen / Marlon Bayer – 40 points

F4 TROPHY MALAYSIA
The opening round of the Formula Trophy Malaysia at Sepang saw Marco Manson and Juste Mulder take one win each. Manson started the weekend with victory in Race 1, while Mulder closed out the event with a Race 2 win to claim his maiden single-seater victory.
Starting fourth, Manson made his way forward in the early stages before catching Mulder. His move for the lead came on lap four, allowing him to build enough of a gap to secure the win. Mulder finished second ahead of Ben Anh Nguyễn, with David Cosma Cristofor fourth.
Mulder started Race 2 from pole and held on to the lead all the way to the finish despite pressure from Nguyễn following the restart. Nguyễn finished second, while Aaron Mehta completed the podium. Manson crossed the line in fifth.
Mulder therefore becomes the first championship leader with 43 points. The standings could change as early as the next round, scheduled for 6–8 November at Sepang, as at least the top four finishers from the opening round are not expected to return for the following races.

F4 NACAM
F4 NACAM crowned its 2026 champion in Puebla, where Alex Bobadilla mathematically secured the title with one round still to go. The championship leader took victory in Race 1 before adding two more podium finishes, enough to secure the title with one race weekend remaining.
The weekend began with Oliver Trejo taking pole position in qualifying ahead of Mateo Girón and Bobadilla. The championship leader then moved to the front in Race 1 to claim the win. Alan Zezatti followed with victory in Race 2, his second consecutive win after his success at the previous round, while Bobadilla finished second.
Girón took his second win of the season in Race 3, finishing ahead of Bobadilla and Trejo. With a win and two further podiums at Puebla, Bobadilla now has eight victories and six additional podium finishes this season, securing the 2026 title.
The season is not over yet, however. F4 NACAM will return to Mexico City at the end of October for the final round of the championship, held during the Formula 1 Mexico City Grand Prix weekend.
