Many championships have already begun and some have reached their conclusion: the season is heating up!

Just three months into 2025, over 180 Tatuus cars have already hit the track, with several championships wrapping up, crowning new champions, and delivering thrilling battles on some of the world's most iconic circuits.

March 15-16 will be one of just three weekends all year without Tatuus cars on track. The next break is scheduled for the final weekend of December, while the first took place during the inaugural week of the year in January. Further proof of the widespread presence of Tatuus race cars and the continuous after-sales support that follows them daily.

It’s the perfect time to look back at what has already unfolded in this action-packed 2025 season, which kicked off in New Zealand on January 10 with the Castrol Toyota Formula Regional Oceania calendar and will continue through December, when the final F4 Brazil race will bring the year to a close.

Completed Championships

The CT-FROC was among the first series to see the checkered flag, crowning Arvid Lindblad (M2 Competition) as champion after five rounds and 15 races. Seven different drivers managed to take victory in at least one race in their FT-60 cars: Zack Scoular, Nikita Johnson, Patrick Heuzenroeder, Matias Zagazeta, Sebastian Manson, Will Brown, and Lindblad himself.

Staying in Formula Regional, the FR Middle East Championship delivered its usual excitement, particularly with the battle between Evan Giltaire (ART Grand Prix), who claimed the overall title, and Freddie Slater (Mumbai Falcons). From the bright lights of Yas Marina and Lusail to the sunsets of Dubai, the 35 total entrants fought across 15 races, with 15 different drivers making it onto the podium.

The Formula 4 Middle East Championship, meanwhile, had one dominant force: Emanuele Olivieri. Running alongside the FRMEC series under Top Speed’s organization, the young Italian from R-ace took six wins and finished on the podium in 14 out of 15 races. His teammate Alex Powell was the only other driver to claim multiple victories, securing five.

New Zealand and the Middle East, but also Europe saw intense action. The Formula Winter Series featured over 30 T-421competing across Portimão, Valencia, Aragón, and Barcelona, with Gabriel Gomez (US Racing) clinching the title one round early. The Brazilian secured three wins, as did Hitech drivers Leo Robinson and Fionn McLaughlin—the latter also finishing as the best rookie.

The Iberian Peninsula also hosted the inaugural Spanish Winter Championships, featuring the winter series of F4 Spanish and EuroCup-3. Thomas Strauven (Campos Racing) emerged as the T-421 category champion, while the T-318-EC3 series will conclude on April 30 in Aragón, just before the start of the main Spanish F4 Championship.

Looking across the Atlantic, the Yacademy Winter Series wrapped up its 2025 season with Leonardo Escorpioni crowned champion. The series also delivered a spectacular photo-finish at Homestead-Miami Speedway, where Evan Cooley snatched victory by mere centimeters in a breathtaking five-car side by side battle.

Ongoing Championships

Between late February and early March, the USF Pro Championships season officially resumed at one of its most iconic venues: the Streets of St. Petersburg in Florida. As tradition, USF Pro 2000 and USF 2000 shared the paddock with the IndyCar Series, with Max Garcia (Pabst) and Liam McNeilly (Jay Howard Driver Development) currently leading their respective standings.

Meanwhile, across the American continent, the Formula 4 NACAM 2025 season kicked off last weekend at the Autódromo Miguel E. Abed in Puebla.

Ready to Get Started

In the coming weeks, numerous championships will join the active racing calendar. It all begins with the F1 Academy, which launches in Shanghai from March 21-23, followed a week later by the previously mentioned Formula 4 Spanish Championship and the Ultimate Cup Series' Hoosier Formula Cup.

April will mark the start of several more series, including the GB4 Championship (Donington Park, April 4-6), USF Juniors (NOLA Motorsports Park, April 10-13, alongside USF Pro 2000 and USF 2000), Formula 4 CEZ (Red Bull Ring, April 11-13), Wera Tools British F4 (Donington Park, April 25-27), and the GB3 Championship (April 25-27), which will see the race debut of the brand-new MSV-GB3-025!

Korus Christmas: the Group comes together in a special campaign blending motorsport passion and holiday spirit

Watch the full video here!

The Korus Christmas campaign went live between December 18 and 22, marking a key moment for the Group’s brand communication. For the first time, Korus brought all its companies together within a single, shared narrative, creating a cohesive and engaging storytelling project.
The campaign was designed to strengthen Korus’ Group identity by highlighting collaboration among its brands, as well as the wide range of motorsport vehicles and services offered across the Group. Christmas became the perfect opportunity to create original, engaging content capable of expressing Korus’ core values: innovation, motorsport passion and a strong team spirit.
The story unfolds inside the Tatuus HQ, reimagined as a racing-inspired Santa Claus workshop. Here, Santa prepares to “hit the track” aboard a one-of-a-kind sleigh: a single-seater pulled by racing “kart-reindeers.” This distinctive production, entirely developed within the Tatuus headquarters, was made possible thanks to the close collaboration between all Group companies . The project featured a Tatuus single-seater powered by ATM, paired with Birel karts powered by IAME, supported by engineers and mechanics from ATM, YCOM and Next Solution, with Breda Racing instrumentation completing the setup.
Adding further value to the narrative was the presence of a special guest: Matteo Bobbi . With his charisma, experience and a unique festive twist, the former Tatuus driver guided the audience through the Korus universe, bringing to life an authoritative yet ironic interpretation of a true “motorsport Santa Claus.”
The result is an authentic and impactful campaign that, through teasers and the final video, successfully showcased each company’s identity within a shared vision . It strengthened the sense of belonging to the Group and delivered a clear message: Korus is a motorsport-driven reality that aims high and grows by working as one team.
The 2025 Christmas campaign represents not only a celebratory moment, but also another step forward in the Group’s integration journey laying the groundwork for future collaborations and new projects

Korus Group is Born
Korus Group is Born

The Group brings together eight leading Italian companies in an integrated motorsport ecosystem: the first capable of bridging the worlds of karting and racing cars.

Korus Group officially took shape on October 27, 2025 , as the Italian platform representing motorsport excellence at 360 degrees worldwide. Korus, whose majority shares are held by the “TEC Racing ” vehicle promoted within the “The Equity Club ” initiative, is built on the solid foundations of Tatuus Racing, ATM - Autotecnica Motori, and Breda Racing , which began joining forces in 2017–2018. They were later joined by YCOM in 2024, while in 2025 majority acquisitions of BirelArt, Next Solution Technologies, IAME, and Kart Republic were completed. Korus Group thus emerges as a true motorsport ecosystem — the only one in the world capable of bringing together under one roof iconic manufacturing brands from both karting and open - and closed-wheel racing , creating a high-value bridge across the worlds of motorsport and engineering. It represents a comprehensive hub for 360-degree racing, capable of designing and manufacturing in- house — thanks to the work of more than 360 employees — every element that contributes to a racing vehicle, and supporting its life on track. A Group that, much like a chorus, operates in synergy to achieve one harmonious result . A defining trait of the Group is its Italian DNA, a distinctive hallmark shared by all companies united under the Korus brand. Together, they bring elite positioning in the global motorsport landscape, combining strong tradition and heritage with a natural drive for innovation . The result is a balance that consistently gives rise to projects and products which, after taking shape in the Italian headquarters of the Group’s companies, take to racetracks around the world.
An ecosystem capable of creating every type of vehicle — and every component that makes it — with a focus on racing but an open eye toward natural connections with the automotive and mobility industries. A true “one-stop shop ” for any high-performance project seeking excellence, engineering, speed of execution, and collective manufacturing capability to turn vision into success. The entrepreneurs and managers who led each company to success now converge at the head of the Group as minority shareholders , combining vision and experience while giving tangible proof of the commitment made by some of Italy’s most prominent business families . The Group also benefits from a cross-functional management structure , coordinating key strategic areas — from engineering to finance, business development, and communications — to foster operational synergy and shared growth among the companies within the holding.
We are living a historic moment for our companies and for Italian motorsport”, said Giovanni Delfino, CEO of Korus Group . “What began in 2017 with Tatuus and ATM reaches today a new stage of growth and recognition thanks to the arrival of companies that not only embody the spirit with which this holding was created, but are also established leaders in both racing and karting. Thanks to major investments in the karting sector, we are now creating the only organization in the world capable of building a bridge between karting and open- and closed-wheel racing — a strong and revolutionary connection, grounded in the solid foundations of our Group’s shared projects, engineering excellence, and the talents that drive them every day.
“When TEC Racing acquired the majority stake in May 2023, it did so with a clear vision”, added Roberto Ferraresi, CEO of The Equity Club. “A vision built on the awareness that motorsport was entering a phase of major expansion, and that bringing together niche yet elite Italian companies could create a truly world-leading group. Thanks to a structure rich in expertise, and the mutual trust shared among the many managers and entrepreneurs who have chosen to join the Korus project, that vision has today become a well-defined reality — one built on growth, ambition, and a deep passion for motorsport.”
Motorsport has always been synonymous with projects born through collective effort.” said Gianfranco De Bellis, President of Korus Group. “Korus embodies the true essence of motorsport — the ability to deliver complete projects through deep engineering and innovation expertise, combined with the unique capacity to support drivers through every stage of their growth. MSV-GB3-025 aims at 2026 with a major upgrade package
MSV-GB3-025 aims at 2026 with a major upgrade package

Major upgrade package for 2026 GB3 Championship

MotorSport Vision (MSV) will introduce an upgrade package for its Tatuus MSV GB3-025 cars ahead of the 2026 GB3 Championship season to provide both a significant performance boost and even better reliability.
Building on the first year of experience with the new GB3-025 car, MSV and Tatuus has worked closely with all the teams to understand how they would like the championship to evolve to further enhance its appeal.
The upgrade package includes a heavily revised engine, together with refinements to the chassis and aerodynamics. Testing and manufacture of new components is already underway.
The Engine The existing 2 litre 4 cylinder engine will be replaced by a new 2.4 litre Mountune built unit, designed to provide a substantial 25% increase in torque and also optimise reliability. As well as a new forged crankshaft, connecting rods and forged aluminium pistons, the cylinder head is of a completely new design. The current base of a standard OEM cast aluminium head is being replaced by an all-new CNC billet machined head made of high-grade aerospace aluminium. This will also feature new lightweight steel camshafts and the highest specification of valve gear. The new head will also include optimised porting, gas flow and a performance improvement, while the engine installation will be enhanced by a combination of improvements to the cam cover to cylinder head interface, and a revised A-frame setup to improve torsional rigidity.

Aero Kit & Chassis The cars will also benefit from a new aerodynamics package, resulting in efficiency gains, improved aero balance, extra downforce and less drag. Dedicated aerodynamic testing has already commenced with multiple runs at the class-leading Catesby Tunnel facility in Northamptonshire.
Chassis revisions to stiffen the rocker post mounting and stabilise the front deck have been designed and tested by Tatuus and chassis maker ARS, and a new bridge section is to be added inside all chassis over the winter to achieve this. The chassis keel will also be modified to be more resilient to kerb damage, ensuring any resulting repairs are less frequent and longer lasting.
Weight Reduction & Gearbox Weight reduction is also a feature of the upgrade package, with the exhaust, silencer, cooling system and the DRS and gear change components all benefiting from refinements.
Gearbox lubrication will be improved with a pumped oil injection system direct to the gear mesh point. Furthermore, gear life will be extended with improved surface treatment and finishing.
The 2026 prototype car will commence an on-track testing programme later in September and throughout October, during which additional refinements will be evaluated for addition to the upgrade package.

“Italy is a global benchmark in the mechanical and mechatronic fields”
“Italy is a global benchmark in the mechanical and mechatronic fields”

CEO Giovanni Delfino’s words on Radio Sportiva

Speaking on Radio Sportiva, CEO Giovanni Delfino touched on several key aspects of Tatuus and the Group’s activities, ranging from its wide array of engineering projects to its commitment to the F1 Academy, and moving on to the safety and the Group’s overall structure.

Engineering and design “Designing a new single-seater is a challenging process that brings great satisfaction. Tatuus operates in a segment with a clear mission: to foster the discovery and development of talent. Designing cars that serve this purpose is complex, because it requires a constant pursuit of the perfect balance, ensuring that every driver can showcase and nurture their skills. The performance of each car and each ATM engine powering them must be identical, allowing drivers to prove themselves and compete solely based on their abilities.
For Tatuus, this is highly stimulating not only in the design phase, but also once the cars hit the track, when the constant analysis of data allows us to follow, step by step, the growth of hundreds of young talents every year. It is a true privilege to see them progress from our single-seaters all the way to the pinnacle of Formula 1. In fact, 19 out of 20 current F1 drivers have raced in one of our cars during their career path.”

F1 Academy "The question often arises: will we see a female driver who grew up in F1 Academy one day driving a Formula 1 car? Many still struggle to imagine this happening today, but 10 years ago, no one could have imagined an Italian tennis player at the top of the world rankings either.
This is not about miracles, but about paths built on hard work: the same hard work the F1 Academy drivers are putting in today. It’s both a technical and physical effort, paired with the natural talent these girls have. And with their immense courage, as shown by the spectacular moves they perform on track.”

Safety in racing “Formula 4 and Formula Regional are categories where drivers gain their first real experience. This brings them to face every situation on track with great enthusiasm and boldness. We see them racing on the world’s most iconic circuits, arriving at legendary and challenging corners with four, five, or even six cars side by side. Clearly, this creates risks – and for us, it means the responsibility of designing the safest possible product. Not by chance, our cars are homologated according to the strictest standards in motorsport, with loads and procedures identical to those required in the top categories.
The desire to stand out can lead to spectacular accidents, but our job is to ensure that, thanks to the quality of our cars, drivers come out of these situations unharmed.”

The Group and the future “Our journey started in 2017 with Tatuus and ATM, thanks to the vision of President Gianfranco De Bellis. Today, we unite several niche Italian motorsport companies, and it is precisely this Italian identity that I like to emphasize, because Italy, in the mechanical and mechatronic fields, is a global benchmark.
Italian motorsport is made up of many prestigious entities, which we bring together to expand the Group’s know-how both horizontally and vertically – in the single-seater world as well as in GT (with YCOM, a relevant player in the sector) and Karting.
The near future holds major news: many things are about to happen, always with the goal of supporting drivers throughout their entire journey in motorsport.”
